Returns Policy

Shopping online is much more fun when you are confident that you are able to return an item. We offer a 14 days no fuss guarantee that any item may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it has not been worn and is returned with it's original tags and packaging.

How do I return an item?

All goods require a returns number which can be obtained by contacting us by email or telephone. Please provide your original invoice number and if you require a replacement/alternative item or a refund. We would also like to know the reason why you are returning your goods so that we may improve our service in the future.

Provided the goods are returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, we will refund your payment. Refunds will only be made to the debit/credit card on which the goods were purchased and will be made within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Who pays for the return postage?

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage and packing to return any goods. For your peace of mind when returning goods, please ensure you receive a 'Certificate of Postage' from the post office. You may also use Recorded Delivery for extra security. There is no need to use Guaranteed Next Day Delivery as this does not offer more protection and will only add to the cost.

What if the T-shirt has been worn?

We cannot accept any T shirts that have been worn, smell of washing powder, deoderant, purfume or cigarette smoke as these items cannot be resold.

I'm not sure which size to order?

Please do not order two sizes of the same item and then return one item. A returns charge will be deducted from the refund value to cover the cost of postage and packing if this occurs. We provide measurements of the t-shirts to help guide you in your choice. If it is wrong then we will gladly exchange it for a different size.

Follow washing and ironing guidlines carefully

Retro Clobber recommends hang drying for all T shirts. Retro Clobber cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been dryed in a dryer. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.

Retro Clobber cannot be held responsible for bleeding or fading of colours due to washing of the shirts. Any bleeding of colours in the wash is not the responsibility of Retro Clobber. It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washing machine in order to prevent the bleeding of colours.

Please note that refunds for Priority Delivery or Next Day Delivery cannot be given as the service has already been provided.
